Ms. Atchara Juicharern (Cara) is a respectable expert in managing, training and lecturing with a vast experience in leading people and creating and implementing training courses among companies and Universities in Thailand. Her career evolved from a very impressive international background that aided her to succeed in managing and training people from different international companies and institutions. She is the only Thailand’s Master Trainer of Think on Your Feet® Training Program, which is the workshop that has achieved a worldwide recognition as one of the most original and useful communication workshops taught today. Atchara has also been working closely with several international training and consulting firms in USA and Singapore in order to deliver effective programs and the most practical learning solutions to her clients. Atchara began her success in 1987 as a customer service officer at KLM Royal Deutsch Airline and was swiftly promoted to a managerial position at Northwest Airlines, where she began writing and conducting training courses. She was also awarded “the best manager of the year” in 1997. At Northwest, Atchara is the first and the only Thai manager who was invited by Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce to be one of the panelists in Daniel Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence Seminar. After eight years of in-flight services and base managing, she spent her fruitful career in training and development as a general manager and director for Central Retail Corporation Ltd. in 2004 and The Star Performance Group Co. Ltd. in 2005. From 2005-2006, as a General Manager of Extended DISC (Thailand), Atchara oversaw Sales & Marketing, coached Extended DISC’ s clients and developed Extended DISC training programs. Atchara’s accomplished career has been mostly influenced by her impressive academic education and training since 1983 when she received her bachelor’s degree in education at Chulalongkorn University, which magnifies her ability in creating and implementing training courses of various topics and interests among top executive level people. Her ability to cope with multi-language communications and skills specifically German, and English are also reflected from her training at Deutsche Institute, Hamburg Germany, and at J. Howard and Associates in USA and Japan. In no time at all, she carried on with her master’s degree in Arts at National Institute of Development Administration, where she was awarded an outstanding academic record in 2001. Now she is apparently a candidate for a Ph. D. in Development Administration (International Program) at National Institute of Development Administration. A highly qualified trainer, Ms. Atchara, also guest-lectures at top universities in Thailand such as Chulalongkorn University under the Faculty of Education; Thammasat University, MBA program; and Mahidol College of Management Heidelberg, Mazda Sales (Thailand), TPT Petrochemicals Plc., Ford Operations (Thailand) Ltd., Accenture, King Power Duty Free, Office of The Public Sector Development Commission (OPDC), Bureau of the Crown Property, etc..
