  What is A Coach?
A Coach is "one who helps individuals set their best goals with clarity and purpose and achieve them;Focuses individuals to quickly and easily produce results and provides tools, support and structure for them to accomplish more."

Why Do You Need A Coach?
Seventeenth-century merchants turned to "cunning men," or wizards, for guidance; entrepreneurs, leaders and managers today turn to their more modern counterparts: executive coaches.
Executive coaches are not quite business consultants, whom you'd hire to address a particular operational or technical problem. And they're not psychotherapists, whom you'd tap to work through emotional issues. Coaches generally focus on one thing: improving your performance as a leader.

When Do You Need A Coach?
As long as you want to improve your performance, then like a sports coach-an executive coach will help you to achieve your goals.

A coach is a catalyst for change, and is not paid to preserve the status quo, but to lift people out of their comfort zone, so that they grow and develop.

The coach must stay in touch with the state of the art and extract from it what is relevant.
