Who and what is a Coach?

A Coach is "one who helps individuals set their best goals with clarity and purpose and achieve them; Focuses individuals to quickly and easily produce results and provides tools, support and structure for them to accomplish more."
 
  Process
Coaches initiate Leadership Development by working the individual to:
Define the leadership role relevant to the individual within the context
Understand the leader's individual goals and values
Assess and identify strengths and areas of improvement
Develop Action Plans to bridge the gaps
Implement agreed actions and initiatives
Provides feedback at key intervals to assess progress
Evaluate the agreed areas development
Evaluate the overall development
