Objective

The coaching will focus on the following areas:

	Develop persuasive style

	Master language pitfalls

	Polish writing with editing techniques

	Guide team members to raise writing standards

Process

The format will include the following steps:

	The coachee’s writing samples will be evaluated by the coach to target the enhancement areas.
	Customised practices and exercises will be developed for the coachee to advance in the desired enhancement areas.
	Writing models will be built for the coachee’s ongoing application.
	Regular feedback will be given to the coachee to meet coaching targets.
	Suggestions for continued improvement will be offered to the coachee.
